Terms of service

ProjectDrafts is a content workflow built around one loop: write, publish, learn. You draft in one place, publish to the social platforms you connect, and receive recommendations based on the performance data those platforms make available.

We improve and change the product over time. Features may be added, adjusted, or removed as the service evolves.

You need an account to use ProjectDrafts. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including activity by teammates you invite.

Use ProjectDrafts for legitimate publishing. The following are not permitted:

You own your drafts and the posts you publish. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

You grant ProjectDrafts the limited permission needed to store, process, format, analyze, and publish that content at your direction so the product can function.

When you connect Reddit, X, Instagram, Threads, or TikTok, you authorize ProjectDrafts to publish content on your behalf and to read the performance data you have granted access to.

You remain responsible for following each platform's own rules. You can revoke access at any time, and platforms may change or limit what we can do through their APIs.

ProjectDrafts offers a Free plan, a Pro plan at $20 per month, and a Business plan at $50 per month.

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. Taxes, currency, and mid-cycle plan changes may affect the amount charged. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Drafts, rewrites, and recommendations are generated with AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given platform or audience.

You are responsible for reviewing anything before it goes out, including factual claims, rights to any material used, and compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

You can stop using ProjectDrafts at any time and close your account from your settings.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account materially violates these terms, presents a security risk, remains unpaid, or where we are required to act for legal reasons. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

ProjectDrafts is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific publishing outcomes, or the behavior of third-party platforms your content depends on.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost reach, revenue, or data resulting from use of the service.
